Sorry Bob is a chaotic surgical simulation game. In this game, you take on the role of Nigel Burke, who is an unqualified surgeon attempting to save the life of a patient named Bob. Unlike standard medical games, this game purposefully features clunky, clumsy controls and unpredictable physics. Every movement feels shaky, transforming routine surgical procedures into unpleasant obstacles.
In first-person mode, you control a single hovering hand above the patient. Your goal at each level is to finish a certain transplant or procedure before time runs out or Bob's blood level drops to zero. With raw tools, slippery physics, and finger-based controls, the game creates a darkly hilarious yet powerful experience in which confidence frequently surpasses competence.

Understand the Objective
Each level gives a specific surgical goal, which is typically the removal and replacement of a diseased organ. Before touching anything, identify the necessary organ and find the appropriate tools on the surgical table.
Master the Finger Controls
You can control each finger separately:
Because each finger functions independently, even gripping a scalpel requires care and coordination.
Perform the surgery carefully
Break open the chest with hefty instruments, retrieve any damaged organs, and immediately insert the replacement. Be cautious, since small slips can result in significant blood loss. Tools may slide unexpectedly, so you need to make consistent movements.
Manage Blood and Time
Each error causes blood to drain. Work efficiently and prevent unneeded damage. Complete the objective before your health hits zero to pass the level and unlock additional challenges.
